Just do it for you

A little Monday motivation with a few of the things I’m striving for at the moment!

I may not be running as fast as I’d like to be right now but I’m going to push a little faster. Maybe I won’t be able to cut out all the sugar this week but I’m doing better than last. I’m not perfect nor do I want to be.. like EverrrrĀ  because that would be boring to me but I am mindful and I’m going to keep making better choices for a better self, day by day while I love the life I’m living! Hope you do as well:)
